Youtube Link allows authenticated users to preview recent TikTok videos from public accounts, download selected videos, and upload them to a YouTube channel linked through Google OAuth. The Service is provided for personal or authorized business use only.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate TikTok’s, YouTube’s, or Google’s terms of service
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, reproduce, or distribute
- Circumvent copyright, privacy, or intellectual property protections

By using the Service to upload to YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
